The purpose of the session is to provide a collegial and supportive environment for lifting up and promoting each other’s scholarship. Presenters are legal scholars writing on issues of education law—issues affecting preschools and K-12 schools as well as higher education institutions. Presentations may be at any stage in the research and writing process, from early works in progress to quasi-completed articles.

There is no registration fee to attend, but participants must pay their own travel expenses. If you are a presenter, or are interested in attending the session, please complete the registration form by September 1, 2022.
